The World Premiere of Dan’s Canzona for the Music Makers for 15 players was performed by the Northwest School of the Arts Chamber Ensemble on Sunday, May 4 at 3 PM in Northwest School of the Arts’ Charles LaBorde Theatre in Charlotte, North Carolina. The six-minute piece was commissioned by the Charlotte Symphony as part of the orchestra’s educational partnership with the school.
